Terms of Service
Important information regarding the use of our website, services, supplier coordination, and event sourcing process.
Last updated: May 2026
Welcome to Fournir Events Concierge (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Services
Fournir Events Concierge provides event supplier sourcing, introductions, and coordination support.
We assist clients by sourcing, coordinating, and connecting them with suitable third-party suppliers, venues, and service providers for events and related requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fournir Events Concierge does not directly provide venue hire, production, catering, entertainment, AV, sound, lighting, décor, furniture, photography, videography, security, staffing, or other third-party event services.
Our role is to help clients access and coordinate suitable supplier options. Third-party suppliers remain independent businesses and are responsible for the services they provide.
2. Third-Party Suppliers
All supplier services sourced or introduced through Fournir Events Concierge are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
While we aim to work with trusted and reputable providers, we are not responsible for:
the performance, conduct, acts, or omissions of suppliers
supplier delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
the quality, safety, availability, or outcome of supplier services
losses resulting from supplier actions, failures, or non-performance
supplier licensing, insurance, staffing, equipment, or operational standards
Any services provided by third-party suppliers may be subject to that supplier’s own terms and conditions, including payment terms, cancellation policies, deposits, and amendment fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any agreement for third-party supplier services is made directly between the client and the relevant supplier.
3. Pricing and Supplier Commission
Fournir Events Concierge does not charge clients a separate fee for using our supplier sourcing and introduction service.
Our pricing model is based on supplier-paid commission.
Where a client proceeds with a supplier introduced by Fournir, Fournir may receive a commission, referral fee, partner fee, or similar payment from the supplier. This commission is agreed separately between Fournir and the supplier under a Supplier Partner Agreement.
This supplier-paid commission does not create a direct payment obligation from the client to Fournir.
4. Supplier Quotes, Invoices and Payment Flow
Where a client proceeds with a third-party supplier, the supplier may issue quotes, invoices, payment requests, or booking documents addressed directly to the client.
Fournir may receive and forward supplier quotes, invoices, payment details, booking confirmations, and related documents to the client for coordination purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
supplier invoices are issued by the supplier to the client
payment for supplier services is made directly by the client to the relevant supplier
supplier deposits, staged payments, cancellation fees, or balance payments are governed by the supplier’s own terms
Fournir does not collect payment from the client for supplier services
Fournir is not responsible for holding, processing, or refunding supplier payments
Forwarding a supplier invoice, quote, or payment request does not mean Fournir is providing that supplier’s services directly. The supplier remains responsible for the goods or services stated in its quote, invoice, or agreement.
5. Supplier Introductions
Suppliers, venues, and service providers introduced by Fournir are introduced for the purpose of the client’s event enquiry.
Where Fournir introduces a supplier, venue, or service provider to a client, the client agrees that any booking relating to the original event, repeat event, related event, or substantially similar requirement should be made through the Fournir process unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This helps ensure that Fournir can continue to coordinate the process properly, maintain an accurate record of supplier quotes and bookings, and receive any commission or partner fee agreed separately with the supplier.
Clients should not knowingly use Fournir’s introductions, supplier recommendations, or event sourcing work to bypass Fournir in relation to the relevant event or related booking.
6. Quotes, Availability and Changes
Supplier quotes and pricing are subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier.
Any indicative pricing, supplier availability, estimated costs, or suggested options shared by Fournir are provided for guidance only unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.
Quotes and pricing may be affected by:
supplier availability
event date and location
event requirements
guest numbers
access times
delivery, setup, and collection needs
changes requested by the client
lead time
supplier-specific terms
Supplier pricing may change before a booking is confirmed. A booking is not confirmed unless the relevant supplier has accepted the booking and any required deposit, payment, or written confirmation has been completed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
provide accurate and complete information regarding their event requirements
disclose any important venue restrictions, access rules, timing requirements, budget limits, or supplier preferences
review supplier quotes, invoices, proposals, and agreements carefully
check supplier terms before making payment or confirming a booking
communicate any important changes as early as possible
ensure that any required permissions, licences, venue approvals, or event-specific obligations are considered where applicable
Fournir Events Concierge is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading information provided by clients.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Event services may be subject to supplier-specific cancellation, postponement, refund, and amendment policies.
Fournir Events Concierge is not responsible for:
cancellation fees charged by suppliers
non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers
losses resulting from event cancellation or postponement
supplier unavailability caused by circumstances outside our control
changes in supplier pricing, availability, or terms
disputes between clients and suppliers
Any cancellation, postponement, amendment, or refund request relating to supplier services must be dealt with in accordance with the relevant supplier’s own terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fournir Events Concierge shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential losses
loss of revenue, profit, business, goodwill, or opportunity
supplier-related failures, disputes, delays, or cancellations
client losses arising from third-party supplier acts or omissions
delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control
issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
As Fournir does not charge clients directly for supplier sourcing or introductions, Fournir’s role is limited to sourcing, introduction, and coordination support unless otherwise agreed in writing.
